Trading Post: Item Intake Rubric

This rubric is designed to help ensure all contributions meet the high standard and spirit of the Trading Post. After hosting this event a number of times, we have learned that the following guidelines help optimize the trading experience. 

 Please review carefully before submitting your goods or services.

Acceptable Contributions

  • Physical goods, services, or gift cards only.

  • Gift cards must be valid for at least one year.

  • Services such as restaurant meals, massage sessions, hair styling, wellness treatments, photography, or salon experiences are all encouraged.

  • All items should reflect your current best work—the kind of quality you’d be proud to gift or trade within our creative community.

  • Bring your best — expect the best. This event thrives on mutual respect and quality.

  • This is not a clearance or sample sale. Please avoid bringing seconds or unsold inventory.
